A specialist, refusal-averse service for UK employers who need to sponsor overseas talent — fixed fee, full evidence, managed end to end.
A sponsor licence is the gateway to hiring skilled workers from outside the UK. The application is detailed and evidence-heavy, and the Home Office refuses applications that fall short. Our service is built to get it right first time.

We quote a transparent professional fee on top of the Home Office charges, agreed up front. No hourly surprises.
It is Home Office permission for a UK employer to sponsor non-UK workers under routes such as the Skilled Worker visa. Without it, you cannot hire most overseas talent.
£611 for small or charitable sponsors and £1,682 for medium or large sponsors, valid four years. Each sponsored worker also needs a £525 Certificate of Sponsorship, plus the Immigration Skills Charge where applicable.
Common reasons include weak or inconsistent supporting evidence, HR systems that cannot meet sponsor duties, and unclear genuineness of the role or business. We pre-empt all of these.
