Yes. There is no residency requirement to own or direct a UK limited company. You need a UK registered office address and at least one director and shareholder — all of which we provide and manage. Most incorporations are approved by Companies House within 24 hours.
The Home Office fee is £611 for small/charitable sponsors and £1,682 for medium/large sponsors, valid for four years. A standard decision takes up to eight weeks, or about ten working days with the £750 priority service. We prepare the full application and supporting evidence to avoid refusals.
